How To Make CBD-Infused Chocolate-Covered Strawberries
In this recipe, we used our THC-Free CBD tincture for seamless infusion into the chocolate and an elevated sense of calmness and bliss with each bite.
Our Upstate Elevator Supply CBD MCT Oil is formulated to promote higher relaxation in a flavorless, odorless, and discrete consumption form – making it the ideal ingredient to infuse into chocolate-covered strawberries this Valentine’s Day.
Ingredients:
- Fresh strawberries (as many as you want)
- High-quality dark chocolate or chocolate chips
- Upstate Elevator’s CBD MCT Oil
- Toppings of your choice (chopped nuts, shredded coconut, or edible gold dust)
Instructions:
- Begin by washing and thoroughly drying the fresh strawberries. Make sure they are completely dry so the melted chocolate molds well.
- In a stove saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate until smooth and velvety. If using a microwave, heat in short bursts and stir in between to prevent overheating.
- Once the chocolate is melted, add a few drops of Upstate Elevator Supply’s CBD MCT Oil into the bowl. The amount can be adjusted based on personal preference and desired CBD dosage.
- Stir the CBD MCT Oil into the chocolate until it’s been well mixed.
- Holding each strawberry by the stem, dip it into the CBD-infused chocolate, full coating the fruit. Let any excess chocolate drip off.
- Place the chocolate-covered strawberries on a parchment paper-lined tray.
- While the chocolate is still soft, sprinkle your chosen toppings over the strawberries. Get creative and have fun with different combinations and flavors!
- Finally, allow the chocolate to set on the strawberries by placing the tray in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes – 2 hours.
- Once the strawberries have set, get even more creative by arranging the CBD-infused chocolate-covered strawberries on a beautiful serving platter!
