Shipping Policy

Upstate Elevator Supply Co. ships via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, FedEx 2nd Day Air and FedEx Next Day Air. All products may or may not be available in your area. If a product is not available in your area, you will not be able to checkout through the site if the ship to address is invalid.

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days from when it is placed Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12pm EST on Fridays will ship the following business day. Customers can expect to receive their order within seven (7) to ten (10) business days. For same day expedited shipping, orders must be placed by 11am EST. Expedited services do not deliver on weekends. Orders that qualify for free shipping will ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on weight.

Please contact us directly with any shipping questions. Customers are responsible for checking their shipment for damage at time of delivery. Claims for product damaged during shipping must be made within 48 hrs.
