Our family has been developing Cannabis cultivars through rigorous selective breeding since before we could tell you about it. At Upstate Elevator Supply Co., we first focused our research on the development of high CBD:THC type III CBD-rich cultivars with robust terpene profiles that are optimized for the short Vermont growing season.
We prioritized terpene expression and minor cannabinoid diversity within these seed lines. Production was expanded by adding new farming partners plus vertically-integrated processing and extraction.

Earthkeep FarmCommon is a six-hundred acre regenerative farm in Charlotte, VT. Earthkeep is a catalyst for revitalizing key agricultural and value-added food sectors through the lens of agrotourism.
Wilson Herb Farm is comprised of husband and wife team, Brenden and Lindsay Beer. A lifelong passion for plants, decades of digging in the dirt, and an interest in alternative medicine led to their path of herb farming and medicine making.
LIVING SOIL: OUR DIRT IS CLEAN
2022 brought adult-use cannabis to our home state of Vermont and the formation of our sister company, Upstate Elevator Operators. We’ve turned our cultivation focus to creating truly craft cannabis offerings. We grow all our Upstate Elevator Operator flower through a living soil process: no pesticides, no chemical fertilizers and 100% certified organic soil amendments. Clean soil makes for clean cannabis, which makes for a better experience for our customers. We feed the soil, so the plants feed themselves.
