• 2 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 1 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
• 4 cups Upstate Elevator’s CBG+CBD Wild Strawberry Tangerine Seltzer
• 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, loosely packed
• Ice cubes
• Lemon slices and mint sprigs for garnish

Instructions:

Prepare the Mint

Start by gently crushing and folding the fresh mint leaves to activate the aroma and essence of the fresh mint. Place the mint leaves in a bowl.

Making the Mint Simple Syrup

To make a mint syrup, start by combining granulated sugar and one cup of water in a saucepan. Heat the mixture over medium heat while stirring, until the sugar dissolves completely. Once dissolved, pour the simple syrup over the mint leaves and let it steep for about 15-20 minutes. After that, let it cool to room temperature.

Squeeze & Mix in Lemon

Pour the 2 cups worth of freshly squeezed lemon juice into a large pitcher, and combine the lemon juice and the mint-infused simple syrup. Stir well to so the flavors are evenly mixed.
