LOCAL PICK-UP

  • We sure do! You can order online at upstateelevator.com and pick-up at Upstate Elevator Dispensary located at 699 Pine Street, Burlington, VT. When placing an order online, select “Pick-up” under shipping options. You will receive a confirmation of your order by email. Please wait to pick up your order until you receive a follow up email confirming your order is ready for pick-up. When picking up your order please remember to bring a valid ID since you must be 21+ to enter, and show your order confirmation email to our staff at the register.

  • Upstate Elevator Dispensary is open 7 days a week. We are open Sundays 10am – 6pm and Monday-Saturday 8:30am – 7pm. Hours are subject to change.

Our CBD & Cannabinoid Based Products

  • All of Upstate’s products are third party tested for purity and potency, and none of our products contain more than the federal legal limit of .3% THC. Some of our products are made with CBD Isolate and contain no THC whatsoever such as the THC Free Tincture and the Organic CBD Gummy.

  • CBD, short for cannabidiol, is a naturally occurring compound found in the hemp plant. Unlike THC, CBD is non-intoxicating—meaning it won’t get you high. Instead, it interacts with your body’s endocannabinoid system to help promote balance, relaxation, and overall wellness. At Upstate Elevator, we craft our CBD products with clean, organic hemp for a pure, plant-powered lift you can trust.

  • CBG, otherwise known as cannabigerol, is one of the many cannabinoids abundant in both cannabis and hemp plants. This cannabinoid acts as a precursor to other cannabinoids, or “the mother of all cannabinoids” because it’s where other compounds (such as CBD) derive.   • CBN is another one of the hundreds of cannabinoids found in both hemp and cannabis, and provides deep relaxation You’ll find CBN in a couple of our CBD gummies for relaxation, thanks to its unwinding and calming properties.

  • CBD (cannabidiol) and CBDA (cannabidiolic acid) are both natural compounds found in hemp, but they’re not quite the same. CBDA is the raw, unheated form of CBD and is about 100 times more bioavailable in the digestive tract, so your body absorbs it more efficiently. While both support relaxation and overall wellness, CBDA may be especially helpful for gut health and works together with CBD for enhanced benefits.   • CBD can be applied topically, sublingually, inhaled, swallowed, or sipped; we are constantly discovering new methods of production and consumption.   • The hemp used in Upstate products is non-GMO, pesticide free and sustainably grown in the United States. There is a strong standard of agricultural excellence here in Vermont, and Upstate is committed to these standards in its production methods. 

  • CBD does not make people feel “high” and can even counteract the psychoactivity of THC. Nothing we sell contains enough of the psychoactive cannabinoid THC to have an intoxicating effect, so long as you follow the recommended dosage.

  • There are dozens of methods for processing the hemp plant into hundreds of different products each with many methods of enjoyment. Upstate uses several extraction and processing methods to create the optimal profile of constituents for each of our products.

    Lipid infusion is our patented process of using a coconut oil or MCT oil base to draw the fullest possible spectrum of active compounds from the hemp plant, carefully preserving their molecular structure and maximizing the co-evolutionary benefits of the entourage effect.

    Cold extraction utilizes a proprietary, closed-loop ultra-cold extraction methodology. Maintaining cryogenic temperature through the entire extraction process preserves the phytocannabinoids, terpenes, terpenoids and flavonoids within the plant while leaving behind unwanted lipids, waxes and plant sugars. The result is a 100% organic, and exceedingly pure, full spectrum oil that is rich in CBD and minor cannabinoids.

    CBD isolate is a pure crystalline extraction of the CBD compound. It is free of all other cannabinoids including THC, as well as the other plant constituents that are present in our full spectrum extractions. This purified CBD has no odor or flavor, making it perfect for edibles and beverages, and choosing isolate is a sure way to know exactly what you’re getting – and not getting – for people who wish to limit their exposure to THC and other hemp compounds.

    Nano-encapsulation is a novel processing method that ultrasonically compacts the CBD compound into very small (<100 nanometer) particles for increased absorption by the body. This is achieved by coating the nano-CBD particles in a natural binding material comprised of carbohydrates, which makes them easily dissolvable in water. The microscopic size and water solubility combine to enhance bioavailability and expedite the dispersion of cannabinoids into the bloodstream.

  • Our CBD and CBG gummies are made with organically grown hemp. Each flavor of gummies is blended with organic fruit ingredients for a pleasant and delicious taste with each bite!

OUR HEMP-DERIVED THC PRODUCTS

  • Delta 9-tetrahydrocannabinol is the major naturally occurring psychoactive component in the Cannabis plant. It is found naturally in both hemp and marijuana, as opposed to Delta 8 and Delta 10 THC which are typically synthesized from hemp.

  • At Upstate Elevator all of our THC drinks and gummies are made with organic ingredients and clean-crafted straight-from-the-plant hemp-derived THC. Unlike other companies that use synthetic hemp-derived THC, we are committed to providing our customers with a pure hemp-derived THC experience without preservatives, artificial flavors, or ingredients.

  • Our hemp-derived THC products comply with federal regulations by containing no more than the legal limit of 0.3% hemp-derived THC by dry weight. This ensures they are legal under the 2018 Farm Bill, which legalized hemp-derived products with this THC concentration. However, it's important to note that state laws can vary, so it's always a good idea to check your local regulations before purchasing.

  • Our THC gummies are crafted with organic ingredients to ensure a clean and enjoyable experience. Here's what's inside:

    • Organic tapioca syrup

  • Our line of Upstate Elevator hemp-derived THC drinks contains three different dose options including 1mg THC, 5mg THC, and 10mg THC. Our ratio options include 1mg THC:15mg CBD, 5mg THC:5mg CBD, as well as 10mg THC only. Hemp-derived THC products are federally compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill as long as they contain <0.3% THC on a dry-weight basis. Regulations vary by state and continue to evolve. Please check your local regulations before purchasing.

  • Our THC drinks are fast-acting due to the nano-emulsion technology we use. You can expect to feel the effects within minutes. The duration of these effects can vary, but typically they last a few hours.

  • While individual experiences may vary, you can generally expect to start feeling the effects within 15-30 minutes after consumption. Keep in mind that factors such as metabolism, tolerance, and whether you've eaten recently can influence how quickly you feel the effects.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

  • All online orders are final once submitted. Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or changed after checkout has been completed. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase, including items, quantities, shipping information, and payment details. If you have questions about a product prior to placing your order, we encourage you to contact us for assistance.

    We do not offer refunds or returns for products purchased from third-party retailers. Please contact the store where the product was purchased, as return policies are set and managed by each retailer.

    We only accept returns or exchanges when products arrive defective:

    • Damaged or Defective Goods: If your shipment arrives with a defect notify us within 7 business days of receipt.
    • Order Discrepancy: If items received do not match your purchase order (wrong SKU, quantity, or product), claims must be submitted within 7 business days.

    A note on efficacy: Everyone’s experience with CBD and THC is unique, and there’s no one-size-fits-all reaction. As our products haven’t been evaluated by the FDA, we can’t make any claims about specific benefits.

  • At Upstate, we’re all about getting your order to you as fast as possible! Orders typically ship within 24 business hours. We ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are shipped on the following business day. Orders typically arrive in 4-7 business days. You will have the option to upgrade your shipping method at checkout to UPS 2nd Day Air for faster delivery.

  • Good news! Since hemp is federally legal, Upstate can ship most products to all 50 states. Shipping is available exclusively within the continental United States. Orders placed with delivery addresses outside of this region cannot be fulfilled. Due to varying state regulations on potency, not all of our hemp-derived THC products are available everywhere. But don’t worry — each product page will let you know exactly where you can get your hands on it! International shipping is not currently available.

  • Enjoy free ground shipping on orders over $100! Just make sure your total hits the $100 mark after discounts and before taxes. If you're not quite there, no worries—we’ve got a $6.99 flat shipping rate for wellness products and a $9.99 flat shipping rate for beverages. UPS 2nd Day Air Shipping is available for expedited shipping and an additional fee.

  • At this time, you are unable to redeem both a discount code and rewards points at the same time on upstateelevator.com. You will need to select one offer to use per transaction on our site. 

    You may choose whichever option that seems the best to you, however we recommend selecting the option that will expire the soonest or offers the greater discount.

  • With our subscription service, we'll keep your Upstate essentials stocked by delivering your chosen products right to your doorstep each month, or at your preferred frequency. This way, you'll never have to worry about running low on your favorites again! Our auto-replenishment service is a breeze to use and fully customizable, allowing you to make changes online whenever you need. You can manage your subscription through your Upstate Elevator account at any time, making it easy to cancel, pause, or edit your upcoming order.

  • Upstate Elevator products are offered as one-time purchases and subscriptions. On each product page you can select either One-time purchase or Subscribe & Save. To subscribe, click Subscribe & Save, select your order frequency then place your order. Whether you want your favorites delivered every 2 weeks or 2 months, we got you!

    You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next order is processed. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency and duration you select. Your payment details are stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each shipment unless you choose to pay in advance.

  • Depending on the type of product or method of consumption, CBD effects can last anywhere between two to six hours.

  • CBD is well-known for its relaxing and calming effects, making it a popular choice for those looking to unwind before bed. Many people use CBD at night to help support a restful sleep cycle* and ease into a peaceful night’s rest.   • When it comes to trying a new dosage or CBD product, it’s important to start slow and low. Once you’ve taken your first dose, assess how you feel after some time and then start slowly titrating up as needed.

  • Full and broad spectrum refers to how the CBD was extracted and what other cannabinoids and plant compounds are included. 

    Full-spectrum CBD is thought to have a stronger effect than broad-spectrum CBD because of the full spectrum of other cannabinoids – such as THC – that can be present.

  • Current TSA regulations allow passengers to fly with cannabis products that contain no more than 0.3% THC by dry weight, and FDA-approved products. Read our educational blog for more information on traveling through TSA with CBD.

  • Because our CBD products are organically grown, our CBD is safe for both pets and humans. The basic dosing rule for cats and dogs is 1–5 mg CBD for every 10 pounds of body weight. Because potencies vary by CBD product, it’s important to read the label to determine the amount of CBD to dose for your pet.
