“Full spectrum” products are made with extract that has all of the cannabinoids present in the hemp flower as it was harvested from the field, along with other beneficial compounds like terpenes and bioflavinoids. Usually, this means a large amount of CBD, and small amounts of minor cannabinoids, like CBG. Full spectrum products also contain up to 0.3% THC, considered trace amounts.
Capsules take on average 1 hour to start working, so, plan to take your CBD Capsule 1-2 hours in advance of when you need the support, be it daytime or nighttime. Taking these with a high fat food can improve absorption, but is not required. Check out our User Guide to Taking CBD for details about all onset times.
